Take your Muay Thai training to the next level with our intermediate program. Designed for those with a foundational understanding of Muay Thai, this class focuses on refining techniques, building endurance, and introducing more advanced elements of the sport.

Led by our experienced coaches, this program strikes the perfect balance between discipline and progression, ensuring you continue to grow in skill and confidence.
Training Routine
- Warm-up: Running, skipping, or tire
- Stretching
- Shadowboxing: 2 rounds of 3 minutes
- Technical Drills
- Bag Work: 3 rounds of 5 minutes
- Pad Work: 3 rounds of 5 minutes
- Sparring & Clinching
- Strength Exercises
- Cool Down/stretching
We adjust training intensity to meet your experience level and help you progress further!
What to Bring
You don’t need to bring anything – we’ve got you covered! Hand wraps, gloves, shin guards, and water are all provided.
If you’d like to join the running session, please bring your own running shoes.
This intermediate program will challenge and motivate you, preparing you for the next level of your Muay Thai journey.
